ZEN not Credited after 1-week

Dear sirs,

I have a question about how ZEN works. Last saturday Jan/24/09 I've purchased a package of 2000 ZEN, paid with VISA credit card via PayPal (I already received the e-mail from PayPal confirming the transaction and also my credit card has been debited, normally).

But now, here's the problem, my account has not been credited yet. I've opened three tickets into the Customer Support link but received no response from the management team.

My question in: how much time is spent until I have my charge credited? How much time to the managers to answer the tickets?

    Thanks for ur answer but I've done like it should be. Opened one ticket and received NO ANSWER, now I have three tickets opened and no answer...

    How much time is expected to receive a response for the ticket opened?

    Sometimes the response from PWE can be flagged by E-mail providers and either be put into the spamfolder or even outright blocked. I will try to make a GM aware of this tomorrow, the only GM's I can actually contact are the forum GM's who do not work on weekends, so can't be earlier sorry.

    Yeah... this is why i never, ever, EVER use an email provider with a server-side spamblock/content-filter, only using client-side configurable filter tools (although it's getting more and more common for email providers to decide for you what you 'want' to receive and what you don't).

    Buying the zen is only step one, step two is to go through the "Store" link at the top, and choose "charge zen", and at the bottom there should be a drop down list with which you transfer the zen you purchased to your perfect world game account. Its a two step process, buy zen through paypal > transfer zen to the account you want it on.

    edit: I am of course assuming that when you say it isn't appearing on your account you mean that when you log in to PW you don't see any gold displaying in the item shop.

    You're right, I know these steps. The only thing is that my ZEN BALANCE is 0 (zero).

    I'll be waiting for GM to take a look into my case because I will not charge more ZEN until this issue be solved.

    The wallet Hawk was referring to is here. That said, you should get a response from the Perfect World International support ticketing team by now, if you created them before this Friday afternoon. Please be sure to check your e-mail provider's spam folder, and if there's no contact there, create a G-mail account, and send in a ticket with the request that the support team contact you through that e-mail account.

    I have looked into your account and there are no purchases for the account tied to this ID. Please give me a PM with what email address you used to send us the ticket so that I can locate the issue. Also in the pm, specify what email address you used for the purchase as well (the one entered at the time you made the attempt) so I can easily find your purchase and respond to your ticket.
