Doesn't Soporific Whisper and Undine Strike help 79+ pvp greatly?

I've been reading around but no one ever really mentioned the sleep and -60% elemental resistance (spamable) wizards get at lvl79. Does this not improve wizards ability to kill and it's survivability? These are new skills are they not?

    Yes, undine strike is very good for pvp.
    Saporific whisper i'm not sure, since it lasts 4 seconds and the cost to get it versus its usability seems like a rather bad tradeoff.

    those 4 seconds from saporific whisper can get you a nice heavy damage spell off with no worries though

    I imagine a fast cast sleep like that is amazing but there is no way it compares to undine. Rq stacks pages for the players who get the most benefit from them so I don't have the sleep and probably won't for a long time.

    yes both are important to have, but dont use them together ^^
    use firstly scorpic whisper,then dish out dmg using 1st undine strike,essential sutra, sandstorm and glacial snare,leave force of will when in danger (gives +1 more sec stun than scorpic whisper good to dish more dmg, tele or heal)b:victory
