questions from a perfect world noob

hi all,, im an extreme perfect world noob,, i haven't even downloaded the client yet,, i ordered a cd,, i have some questions about the game if anyone can answer them that would be great..b:pleased

1) i have satellite internet,, im in the middle of no where,, would i beable to play perfect world ok?
2) im coming from last chaos, the boutique clothes, are those just plain clothes, or a type of armor? do they expire after a certain amount of time and u have to buy new?
3) im not to sure on the zen rate,, is it possible to use game gold to buy boutique items? im guessing no, but i figured id ask. big ty to anyone who would answer these questions for me, my old game is goin down hill very fast b:cry how do u edit the avatars?

    1) Dunno, I'll let someone else answer.
    2)just plain clothes (but you can still wear armor under them), most dont expire (if bought), some are given for a couple weeks (halloween event got us free and temporary clothes)
    3)in game currency can be used to buy gold for boutique items. I believe the avg is 100k ingame = 1 gold or so for the boutique.

    1...... Only way to tell for sure is to try it, but as long as it's relatively fast(as in faster than dialup) you should be OK.

    2...... The clothes serve no functional purpose, and no they do not expire(except in the case of temprorary in-game event clothing that was not purchased from the boutique)

    3....... Gold is tradeable in-game through the auctioneer, also most cashshop items are tradable through player shops and through auction........ the going rate(will vary based on server) is roughly 1$ USD = 1 Gold = 100K-150K in game coins.

    cool, ty i got 2 more questions i forgot to ask,,b:cute *im loving these bears* b:laugh

    1) is for the zen, when u get lets say 20$ worth, is that equal to 2k zen,, or roughly 1penyy per zen? so something that costs 30 gold is like 30 cents? or 3$'s?

    2) the dragon orbs, i think they are called for upgrading stuff,,, are they 100% up the max upgrade? so if the max upgrade is 15, can i buy 15 dragon orbs of the same lvl or whatever its called, and get my wep or armor to +15? the game i play ur guaranteed a max plus of 13,, it goes up to 16,, and what bonus do you get on armor and weapons for upgrading them? i plan on goin cleric, if that makes a difference on armor an weapon,,

    tyty for all who answer, is there anyway way i can give u karma or a boost in your ratings?

    1 U.S. Dollar = 1 gold

    i really have no idea why they bother calling it zen and listing it as 100 zen because all it seems to do is confuse people.

    so 100 zen = 1 gold = 1 dollar

    it is only zen in the time between when you buy it and credit to your account.

    ok, tyty , i thought so, i just wanted to make sure,,, hopefully i can get in game soon and answer my other questions on my own,, tytytytyty everyone for all your answers,, i really appreciate it,, im really excited to start playing.
