Is there a direct way to bring up a stand-alone chat window?
I know I can double-click on a Friend in my Friend's list, and that will bring up a stand-alone chat window. But I'm wondering if there is a way to do that with someone who is not on my Friend's list?

On the Official Suggestion Thread in the suggestion box forum (http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=158022), "Seperate chat windows for whispers" is posted.

well you can leave offline msgs this way and if you could do it with non friends it could cause a lot of spam (like if youre a MSN user you may be familiar)0
