Lvl2 Military rank at 40, how to obtain ?

Hi

Enthousiasticaly i ran back soon as i dinged 40, to obtain rank II in military ?
But i didnt get it, it says i need some badge or item in my bags to receive it ?
How do i obtain, it also says if your reputation is 1000 , but where do i see that, and how can i get rep more or is it automatic ?
Not clear for me, if any1 know pls advise ?
I am hoping for some good gear again to wear like the first lvl rewards.

    1. press c to see how much rep you have
    2. the badge is the ring you recieved when you got rank 1
    3. rep is earned by doing quests, FBs, solo missions, and from certain drops
    Don't be suprised if you find that you don't have enough rep. The amount you need increases faster than you could possibly earn it

    First you need 1000 rep. It is pretty unlikely that you have 1000 rep by level 40 unless you have been doing alot of FBs and one-man army. To obtain reps, do Fbs with the call of duty tab, one man army or darkness stamps dropped during Fbs.
    Secondly, you need to possess the ring you obtain when you were rank 1 and put it in your inventory.
    Then speak to the NPC.
    Sorry to burst your bubble but there isnt any new gear for rank 2. You just get another ring that has 1% crit and 50 hp i believe=)

    there is an npc at the bottom of dreamweaver next to the justice guy who has the rank armour. its not the same as the amount given at rank 1 nd also you need to be lvl 60 to buy. but you do get something

    ok thx alot, all helpfull info,
    i just hope i still have that ring lvl1, i kept thinking of thrashing it ?? hope i didnt ?
