Level 4 to lvl 5 weapon craft question

Is this progression like the lvl 4 one, where you had to make special starred weapons? Cuz that was an expensive pain. If not, when can I expect to have to do that again?

    From what I understand, we can expect another expensive manufacturing quest at level 70, when you go from 7 to 8

    actually thats at lvl 80

    Level 5 to 6 is the level 80 quest to make more 2 star weapons.
    Main characters
    Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
    Sage Barbarian Malego - 91
