Refunded?

I recently charged ZEN for the first time and everything was going smooth untill i got a email asking me to answer questions. So i answered them and sent the email but when i returned the status of my charge was "refunded".

Do i wait for this to be sorted out or must i charge again?

Also when do you know that it has been sorted out and the ZEN has been charged and ready to go?

    It's probably best to contact billing department through support ticketing on this matter.

    Hello,

    If you see the status of your transaction as "reviewing" or "pending", that will let you know that the payment solution you used for the purchase has not finished their side of the approval process. You will know when PWE has been given the transaction when it shows as "approved", "canceled", or "suspended". If you see that your purchase is suspended, check your email right away because it is highly likely that we have sent you a form to fill out and send back to us to verify your account for purchases. Your purchase was refunded because that reply did not get to us within the 2 hours we gave to verify. Your account is now verified (confirmed) and you can go ahead and make a new payment. Any other questions you have should be asked at the customer support page.

    Thank you for the help.

    So now all I need to do is purchase ZEN again? Or will the amount I already bought ,activate somewhat and be added onto my account? Because the money I originally spent the first time is still in PWE as my credit card info states. Who knows mabye its just slowb:victory

    If you see "refunded" on your side, we will not and cannot charge for that purchase. You will need to make a new one. b:victory
