Scarlet Arena heeeeelp!!

i have been trying to find out how to enter the scarlet arena for a while now i have been there each time before 20:10 at scarlet alter and i cant get in i have tried the archousaur arena also and nothing i have tried city of the lost also and rhterblade and plume city too. so if anybody knows what to do pls help it says near scarlet alter but there is no entrance nothing if a GM could clear this up it would help a lot thx or any1 who may know i have tried flying into the flame of the alter tanding in the middle section the top section the base and the requime alter thingy i think its called also so i dont know what to do

    I have not been able to figure out where this arena near the scarlet altar is located, either. (I know where to find the Scarlet Altar, but I do not know where I can find the Scarlet Arena.)

    I did check with the City of Lost's arena manager, and I also checked with the two npcs in the beast's cave, but none of them would not let me in during my 10 minutes of "you can go in now" time. I also tried the tombstone near the altar and of course the scarlet altar's new year's elder, but they were not helpful either.

    I have seen the coliseum quests in the cube of fate, but they seem to be available even outside those ten minutes when we here the scarlet arena announcements.

    Entrance is inside the cube of fate, use adventure assistant in any major town to get into cube,talk to the npc at center and choose quest arena-enter arena.
