Geographic Map

I've searched for anything on this, but haven't found anything so here is my question. I used a Geographic Map and it proceeded to give me all the waypoints, but it would say "Quest blah blah completed" blah blah being whatever its name was. Does this mean I can never do those quests again to get the rewards or were the rewards for those quests only the waypoints?

    Quite a few of the Cash shop items have quests for it all the rewad you get is whatever that item was supposed to do like the banker quest for Storage extension will only give you an extension to the bank nothing else. It will be the same with your map.
