    I didn't want to interrupt the thread while the event was in progress, but as a server-specific event, wouldn't the thread have been better suited in the Lost City server-specific subforum? Or is this something that had been discussed earlier, before i looked in?

    yeh, i'd say tough they had to be a higher lvl (the char they putted) or the post count should be higher, or something simular, it seems people just made multy acounts according to the join date

    I think we're all grateful for the generous events that you hold, Dixie. However, let me make a suggestion on how they can be improved so that the legitimate participants can win the prizes instead of characters created solely for the purpose of increasing the chances of a given person to win. Whether you accept my suggestions is entirely up to you and I'm aware that it's your money so it's your choice. Just thought that this could make things better and that's why I'm posting my ideas.

    First off, accept only entries with avatared usernames where the class and level of the participant are visible. Only accept entries from people who have posted with their character name, for example Dimiter - Lost City and not just vdimiter, as my unavatared user name goes. This is to show that there indeed is such a character and also makes it easier to see what class they are. Displaying the level of the character will help should you agree with my second suggestion.

    Only accept entries from people who are within the level range of using the prize item themselves. So, if there's a lvl 17 going for a lvl 50 flying device, they shouldn't be accepted. If that seems too harsh, my other suggestion would be to only accept entries from people above a certain lvl, for example 30. This will ensure that less people will start making alts to take advantage of your raffles.

    Whether you agree with my ideas or not, I'll continue to take part in your events and thank you for holding them. I wish everyone better luck next time. b:victory
