when i can have a mount, i am a barbarian.

    You receive your free flying mount at level 30. For land mounts, they can be acquired by buying from NPCs, cash shop, other players, or completing the Dragon quests.

    what is NPC and the cash shop.

    Where is the dragon quest.

    NPC stands for Non Player Character. The cash shop is the shop where you pay cash. Press O to bring it up. It's also called the item mall.
    The dragon quest is a repeatable quest you can do. Once you get to about level 20 you get a quest introducing you to DQ.

    Non Player Character, excuse me but i don't understand and i am level 20, so what can i do for the dragon quest.

    What is the yellow bar, (under life,mana)
