20~40 weapon?

Did the FB19 the other day and got the Trial Pataka and imbued some soulgems.
Was lookin' through the AH today and realised that the only weapons better than this before about lvl4x were the expensive legendary ones.
Was jus' wonderin'...how long can this last me for? Is there another untradable weapon after FB29 that I can get, or should I start lookin' for a 35+ weapon?

    I switched to a ☆☆ Exorcision Pestle at 39.

    Didn't really see anything that caught my fancy before that.

    I didn't switch until I was 36. I suppose if you found a good three-star crafted or dropped weapon in your early 30s it could replace the FB19 weapon. But it's very unlikely.

    Once you're ready to replace the FB19 weapon, don't do what I did and buy it from the blacksmith. It's ridiculously expensive (like 15k). Go to the auction house and look for a decent magic weapon. You'll often see dropped weapons identical to the blacksmith-sold weapon for about 4-5k.

    I replaced mine with a lvl34 3-star sword I lucked out in making, but it's really a sidegrade at best.

    My heavy veno is running into a similar problem... I don't have enough magic points to use my Trial Pataka, and I'm already level 36. :(

    The Trial Pataka really surprised me. The stats on it are crazy. My cleric got her Trial Wand, and I fell out of my chair, it's literelly half the weapon.

    Comparing the Veno's Trial Pataka to the other FB19 reward weapons, there's a huge gap... The Trial Wand that Wizards/Clerics get will last maybe until level 25, 27 at the latest, before it gets replaced. It's a bit odd and still has me boggled today.

    You cannot trade or drop it... only option is NPC it.... if you want to get rid of it... can not remember if you can decompose it though.....

    I just changed over from my FB19 wand to a lvl 44?? magic sword that is 2 star and +2. I got it real cheap. It also came with 2 Mag attack shard of +16, +21 I think. Correct me if I am wrong, I can't remember the +20 somethnig bonus....

    It will do me for a bit I am guessing.

    u cant sell it, best option to make more money from this weapon its to decompose it, ull get 2 mirages b:victory (u can sell those mirages)

    11600 + 10000 = 21600

    seliing 2 mirages u can get = 42000 (@ 21k each mirages- sanctuary now prices)

    *if u cant decompose it mean u need to lvl up your manufacture weapons skill
    *if u added 2 common gems on sockets it mean ..+28000 (21600+~28000= ~50k )
    u can get ~42k ;)

    I agree it's odd, and probably a bug (typo in a weapon stat somewhere). But the intermediate supply stash weapon is about on-par with the trial pataka, so it doesn't really matter anymore.

    AFAIK FB19 is the only one which results in a quest weapon. There are two more quest weapons at 48, but they are mediocre and superfluous now that the supply stash give sa weapon at level 50. And as stated above, the supply stash weapon around 30(?) is about the same as the trial pataka. If you can get your hands on them, the legendary weapons, L22 mirage sword and L30 order of the stars, are both considerably better than the trial pataka. Or if you're high enough level, a 2-star or 3-star weapon will be better. (I think something like a level 34 2-star is better, level 29 3-star. But don't quote me on that.)

    hey people m trial pataka is broken and i dont know how to fix it. im totally new to this game. i went to blacksmith said shattered gear he said 2 mirage celestones are needed, i have them in my inventory but still cant fix my wand!! any of u know exactly what im doing wrong? i want my weapon back

    The weapon is not shattered, it's just out of durability. Instead of repair weapon, hit trade list, then select the repair option. It can be confusing to new players.

    i used it to about level 35 and then used black smith weapon and then at level 43 i bought the mold wheel of fate and then bought the mats for it and had a guild mate craft it for me and im level 46 atm and im still useing it i refined it once cause im gonna use it till level 60 for ancient arbor

    Yeah, I think I used my fb19 weapon until 50. It's good enough.

    As for repairing - it doesn't tell you with a box or anything that the repair is done, it just removes some coins and quietly does it, and keeps the hammer so you can repair the next thing. Hit escape to get rid of the hammer and hover over your wand to get the pop-up, it probably has repaire dit.

    I used my trial pataka untill lvl 40 something. Got the wheel of fate drop in my fb39 ^^
    used that untill lvl 60 ^^ when I got my TT weapon.

    I got the lvl 22 mirage sword at lvl23 and then my next weapon was the wheel of fate at lvl 45.

    I wanted to get the Order of the Stars.. but back then there were almost none around and it was obscenely expensive for a lvl30 item.

    Also, uber necro.
