They came in the Gold Charm Packs that used to be in the Cash Shop. It was a random chance item from the Big Rainbow Egg that came in the packs.

They costed maybe like 10mil when the packs were still around. Not sure what they are now.

Actually they were around 25mill to 40mill when I asked around. Perhaps because they weren't interested in selling, either way that's just unreasonable in my opinion.

The lion is a rare prize (0.02%) from a big rainbow egg included with the (currently temporarily removed) gold charm packs ($15 in the cash shop). So on average, there will be 1 lion for every 5000 packs bought, or $75,000. Of course the charms themselves have value, so the lion by itself isn't worth $75,000 (approx 7.5 billion coin)
