i have looked all over for a decent way to report this, and the GMs in-game are not responding. i left a ticket on the website, but hoping this will help too.

any who, i tried charging 20.00 online, which didn't go through.
tried a second time for the same amount. also did not go through.
the third time i went back, checked my info--it's all good--and try for 10.00. this transfer goes through.
however, after checking my transactions with my bank, both 20.00 transactions actually DID go through. I didn't realize this prior, as I never recieved in-game gold for them.
At this point I just want my money put back on my account so I can pay my electricity bill or something. -_-

    I know the feeling...Kinda. Ultimate Game Card is trying to charge me $20.75 -_- Card is only worth $20..So frustrated. I wrote them though..maybe they will fix it.
