Starting game trouble

I downloaded everything correctly and i verified everything and it says theres nothing wrong, patch is up to date, running 62. Only thing is when I click on start in the launcher, a window of weird words pop up with a BIG RED X on the left and like the letters u make from holding alt+3 + some numbers appear. How do i get rid of this error?

    To start off try this please. If the error persists could you please provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    NEVERMIND!!! i was messing around with the comp and found out i needed some files in the NVIDIA so now it works. thx guys
