lvl 30 wings...

hi does flight mastery effect lvl 30 wings coz some say it does some say it dosnt. And wats the thing accellartion i click on it but i dont go any faster b:cry

    Sorry, but the Flying Mastery skill on affects your first wings and nothing else. At the maximum level of Flying Mastery for Archer you will be able to fly at 7.2 meters per second.


    As for the acceleration - I think you are trying to accelerate your first wings. And I am sorry to say this but your first wings cannot accelerate.

    i thought baw fly speed was 5.0...so 7.0 with white wings and passive maxed?

    Well if you are an Archer then I am assuming your running speed is 5.2 meters per second. And the first wings you get does not grant you any additional speed when flying, so with that you will be flying at 5.2 meters per second when you get your original wings.

    But with the Flying Mastery skilll - each level of Flying Master adds 0.2 m/s on to your Elven Wings. So when Flying Mastery is at level 10, you will be able to fly at 7.2 m/s.

    so flight mastery dosnt effect lvl 30 wings so its USELESS! For lvl 30 wings how do i accellerate?

    Everyone's base flying speed seems to be 5.0m/s. This includes archers and clerics. So, with 10 levels of flight mastery, my flying speed seems to be 7.0 m/s.

    If I bought faster (+3.0) wings, I might have a flying speed of 8.0 m/s.

    (But I like how I look with my wings, so I will not be getting faster wings any time soon. I think I would buy "winged god" wings if they were available and if I was level 90 so I could wear them, but none of the other wings match how my character looks -- they seem too dark for me).
