Let's cut to the chase as they say, I wish to purchase more zen, I have Ultimate Game Cards in my possession unused and ready but however in less than a week period I'm being told it will cost $0.76 extra, now this is unacceptable as I've used nearly thirty cards in the last month (ten alone in the last week) and have not had this problem. To answer the standard questions, yes I've submitted a ticket, yes I've tried to contact a Game Master in game (for three hours unsuccessfully), and finally yes I'm becoming irritated.

I've purchased 68,000 zen thus far in the last four month period 72,000 if these purchases are sorted (I'm sure you can figure out the numbers of how much cash that actually is) so I'm not just your average "casual customer" and would appreciate it if for once I got a response.

I'm currently online in game under the name Kiregean and shall be all day should you decide to contact me.

    This is an error of PayByCash's end and I will ensure that the problem is corrected. Please hold onto the cards for now and when the error from them is fixed, I will update here.

    Thank you for your assistance Shnuggles, billing has taken up the issue on both Perfect World and PayByCash sides. I look forward to a resolution and future purchases with Perfect World International.
