I don't know if there has been a topic about this before, but has anyone ever offered or tried to sell something at some low/high price and gotten no answer? I mean, I know that's a "No thank you" but it really irks me that people can't just take like 2 seconds and say that. When I was maybe around 30 levels lower, I thought no answer meant they were "pondering" on whether they were gonna accept or not. Waiting....waiting....waiting....I figured out like the next day from some guildie that it meant no thank you, lol. I dunno, I just wanted to rant on forums a bit, its just one of my pet peeves.
Damn right I'm good in bed! I can sleep for HOURSb:victory

A lot of the time a seller will get a lot of responses, so they'll lose track of everyone, or just have too many to pm them all saying no thanks.
Also, a lot of the time if the offer is really low they'll think you're joking, or trying to rip them off, or otherwise not actually interested, so they won't bother replying.

Similarly, when you're selling something, not everyone who's uninterested in the item is going to bother pm'ing you. Often no one does.
If you're in the middle of a negotiation and they drop out, then yes, that's a bit rude, but if you're just generally selling something don't expect an answer unless they're actually interested.

    There's hundreds of people online.
If I were to answer ''no'' each time someone made an offer I deemed out of boundaries, my N and O would be holes through the keyboard.

Plus, and here I make clear I do not target you, very often offers range from asinine to downright insulting, like that noob that was pestering me in the hope I would surrender and sell him resurrection scrolls for 12k.

After being harrassed 2-3 times by noobish merchants, you quickly learn that the best course is to ignore people around you to avoid unwanted attention, just to be sure.
