Unexpected Software Error, It Keeps On Happening

Well, I downloaded this game about a week ago. And after about three days of playing, it comes up with this
ReportBugs
"Unexpected software error occured.
Please submit error report.
thank you."
so I exited out of that and then when I went into the game again, monsters and NPC's and things say "ERR" in big red letters. and the graphics and things are just blue.
So, i re-installed the game, and the same thing keeps on happening after a couple of days. And sometimes, after I re-install the game, and I click start, everything loads fine, and the window comes up (i play in windowed), then a second later it disappears.

Can someone please tell me whats going and HOW TO FIX IT!!! IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!!!

Okay try this to start you off please. Also please roll back your driver to the Catalyst 7.7 found here. Newer updates are a bit dotty and don't work very well.
