Wedding Invitation?

So, I'm thinking of getting married now, and of course running into frustration as to exactly WHAT this all entails. Let me say here I'm disgusted with the GM's lack of transparency on this topic. No one seems to know what's going on, all these rumors crop up, with little to dispel them. Searching the forums, all I seem to find are arguments on **** marriage and some random tools spewing how they "wuves dey hubby/wifey" in real life and how they want to show it. All well and good, now how about some facts?
Is it really so hard to put up a section detailing exactly all aspects of getting married in game? Apparently it is, from what I've seen of the very low work ethic evidenced in what they term an "expansion."
The users at wikipedia seem more committed to informing us on this game than the GM's and developers do, though I don't know what's true or not in this version of the game.
So anyway, my question was on this Wedding Invitation I viewed from the Elder Matchmaker. Now I've heard it said that getting married allows you another daily quest, which sounds spectacular. Though, this wedding invitation says to take it to Tuheng and then you'll be allowed to do the "Crazy Stone" quest once a day. What?!?! I'm sorry, hasn't Crazy Stone been the daily quest I've been doing since lvl 30?
So, what is this about? If I make this Wedding Invitation, do I get two crazy stone daily quests? Or is this item some mistake and ultimately useless, which would be yet more evidence of the shoddy overall quality of the work that goes into the game?

Men should be either treated generously or destroyed, because they take revenge for slight injuries - for heavy ones they cannot.

Great guide detailing how to get married and divorced, a shame it doesn't answer my question in the slightest.
The topic of this thread, The Wedding Invitation? The one that can be made with 6 Wedding Wines? The one that claims if you bring it to Tuheng will allow you to do "Crazy Stone" everyday?
Then is this where the rumors of another daily quest come from? And what exactly is this item, anything other than an uncorrected mistake?Men should be either treated generously or destroyed, because they take revenge for slight injuries - for heavy ones they cannot.0 -
Wondering the same. It says in the Wedding Invitation's tooltip "Take this to acquire the Crazy Stone quest from Tuheng once a day". This could either mean I get another daily, everyday, for using the Wedding Invitation once. Or, it could mean I need a new Wedding Invitation everyday.
Is a straight answer to much to ask for?0 -
One time only, and it requires the same stones as the daily, just the common versions.
NPC is at 533 645 in Arch0 -
The Wedding Invitation allows you to do the Crazy stones an EXTRA time for THAT DAY.
So if you've already done your crazy stones for that day, you can do it again.
It only works once, it won't allow you to do 2 every day for the rest of your life.0 -
Take this to acquire the Crazy Stone quest from Tueng once a day. This is an exact quote and it looks and reads exactly like you get a permanent extra daily quest. It doesn't seem like only 6 wines would be enough for that reward which is why the thread was made. I hope the answer above is correct since the game still makes it look like the opposite is true.

PS. Evidently on this question, at least from the moderators, a straight answer is too much to ask for so far. I guess the answer provided by the player was right since no one corrected it. Just a guess though.0 -
Gotta love the necro going on here.0

Having gotten married myself let me explain a bit.
To be married you have to be (/rage) one man and one woman (/end) and above lvl 30 I believe and then go to the Eldest Matchmaker. The Male needs the Groom Pack and the Female needs the Bride Pack. You need to open them up and be in a squad together. After some short dialog BAM you are husband and wife.
Now there are some other goodies that come in those packs. Clothes you get to keep and then there are the Wedding Candies which can give you Reputation. There are Wedding Wines which you can trade to the Matchmaker for a good amount of Coin (but not make up the investment in the Packs sorry to say). Lastly there are the Wedding Invitations that when activated give you a somewhat stronger Crazy Stone quest than usual. You can do this quest whenever you feel like it, on a day when you have ALREADY done your normal Crazy Stone. The quest only happens once per invitation but your normal CS continues to function as if nothing had changed. You do need to buy some stones for the Wedding Crazy Stone and do all the normal stuff of a CS quest but it gives you a nice bit of EXP & Spirit for your effort so is rather worth doing.
That is really all there is to it when getting married in PWI. Personally, I think they should also include some of the love flowers and fireworks in those packs but oh well...Maybe a skimpy outfit for Honey Moons LOL.0 -

Methinks he figured it out by... the second post.
Which was from December of last year.

I was wondering the same thing about the invitations because I couldn't find the NPC. Plus NO ONE knew what to do with them when I asked over world chat. Thank you to whoever posted the coordinates, I was able to figure this out now.0

Let me share my experience. I am married for two years now and am really happy. I have those wonderful memories of all the wedding arrangements starting right from wedding invitations. Go ahead girl. A new life is waiting for You.0

Oh God. The necro. I bet everyone who posted in this thread earlier has already become married though. b:surrender[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Please do not post in threads whose last replies is a month or more old. This is called a necro and it is against forum policy. Thank you.0
