FB 19 Quest, Help please?

Hi, I recently started doing the 19 FB quest for human and killed the boss Thromh, and I didn't get the weapon I was waiting for...Well I searched a little and turns out I didn't start the gate to the dark lands quest >.< so now I no longer have a tablet, but I still need to kill 8 Chrysalis,8 Molten Chilpod, and Thromh again...I tried going back in by myself but I just died not too long after I entered b:sad. As you can tell I'm a noob and didn't know I had to start the other quest too before I entered and it's hard to find anyone to help me without a tab. I was wondering if there's anyone who'd like to help me? It would be much appreciated! Thank you. ^^;

My character's name is Xadine on Heavens Tear.
