    i came out in the general announcment that the person you see on that mount won the mount. donno much about it but that person seems to be the 1st on our server to get it.

    won from what ? there is not been such as thingys where u can get that...its not even on my-en server and look person who has it no weapon etc ?

    It's the dragonfly mount, it's on MY-EN servers. But it is/was only obtainable through chance when opening a lucky box like item from their cash shop.

    It dropped from a boss in a level 2 PvE territory war. The owner was nice enough to put it on display for the server to enjoy :D
