Lost characters...

Hi everyone.
I started playing PWI about a month ago. I had a lvl. 16 Blademaster and then one day... HE WAS GONE! My character has been deleted somehow. I am now a lvl 13 Cleric, and I was just wondering how and why this happened so I may prevent it in the future. I can still go to create character and type in my old name and it says it is in use. Also, when I go to edit avatar on this site, my character is still there?

Has any one else had similar issues? I didn't do anything bad, or offend anyone.

    Your old character is most likely on another server. Have you checked all three servers?

    you know what? I never thought of that. That makes total sense. I can't believe I did not think of that.
