Fracelle, I understand you were really disappointed on your first fb19. I had the same with mine. But, why don't you try it again with some friends?
Personnally, for the "tabbed" run, I always try to be carefull. (This applies more to a tankbuild barb, then for an archer.) The higher lvl players do the dungeon because you have a tab, and it will become a waste of time if you die in there. (Doesn't apply to al higher lvl though). However, there is a great difference in how they tread you. For my fb29 I was lucky to have a lvl 54 veno in my friendlist. She asked her guild for a squad, and they helped me through. I helped with some killing, even if I wasn't all that usefull :P, and of course, I didn't tank Qingzi (we didn't have a cleric, so it would be to risky)
A part of the problem is also having a veno helping you. Veno's have a tank, can heal their pet, and have good damage. Result: they kill everything before you know it. This doesn't mean they're al bossy.
If you're interested in doing your dungeon again, try to wisper me ingame. With me, you should be able to fire many arrows :P I'm a tankbuild barb, so I don't do that much damage. On top of that, lvl 37 isn't high enough to just run through the dungeon in no time. I've never done the cave of the viscious, so I would like to try. Wisper me, and we will try together, or with some of your friends (I don't mind doing it untabbed). If you really want to try with a lower lvl, I also have a veno (pure foxform build) that's at lvl20.

I remember my favorite FB19 run with my Veno. There was only 3 of us. All Venos. Me at 25, and 2 others at 23 and 21. At this point, none of us really knew the way to lure, or any other of the advanced tactics with your pet. I ended up using my own body to lure the monsters back towards the waiting two. I'd grab the monster and run towards them. If there was more than one, they'd split them, and kill their own. Once I was no longer being chased, I'd help one kill theirs and we'd swarm the others. A group of three was split by all of us. Of course.... The later mobs that slow you didn't let that work too well.... We ended up just "Pet Glomping" and swarming the crud out of them. Yes, we died. A lot. But we somehow managed to get up to Rend. At this point, we worked out the strategy that one pet would tank while everyone healed it. And that if everything went wrong and the pets died, whoever had aggro would run like a scared little girl. Sure enough, our low level healing eventually couldn't keep up with the boss's power, and my pet died, followed by the 23's, followed by the 21's. Rend went after the 23, since, as pure mage, they had pulled it more than either of the two of us. We start firing spells, as the 23 circles around and around and around the room. It starts chasing after me at about the halfway point, so I run around, and around, and around... Finally, after 3 hours in the FB, I see Rend drop in behind me and that wonderful text of "Quest Completed" pop up on my screen. It was hard, we lost a ton of EXP, but the knowledge that a tiny party of 3 could do something awesome was one of the most exhilirating moments I have ever had in this game. Of course now, at level 49, I can solo it, but there will always be a place in my heart for that run.Proud owner of a support veno and attack cleric.0

My first FB19 with my Venomancer worked the same way. However, when I did my FB19 with my Archer, it took my squad 2 hours to reach the boss, and then we called in a level 75 to finish him off, since it was already 1 o'clock in the morning.
As mentioned before, there is a mutual relationship between squad members on any of the Call to Duty quests.
The FB19 dungeon won't provide too much for you--perhaps 1 or 2% experience, and possibly some good items (although not often.)
Also, since you're a Winged Elf, doing your FB19 with several others of the same level would have been a tragedy--the cave is filled with ranged monsters, making it hard to prevent aggro. Personally, I find the human and untamed FB's to be much more pleasing.
In the future, you can help others out as well, and the later dungeons will definitely provide more of a challenge than this.
If you're not already in a guild, many members will shout for help on their FB's, and you can enjoy the dungeon you missed out on.0
