ZEN bought through Google Checkout - too long!

Ok fella, I know this is usual issue around here (seems to be). But I bought my ZEN through Google Checkout using Masters debit card a few hours ago. But nothing yet! I sent tickets, no reply. Ok might be in queue. But why the heck saying "up to 15 mins" when you guys will take more!

And WHEN WILL I GET MY ZEN!?

    For the attempted purchases on your account, we see that Google has not finished processing the payment and has not sent our system the all clear. You will know when they have completed their authorization when the status of your purchase changes to "approved" "cancelled" or "suspended".     Ok, the thing is, while I have no reply replying email with the whole darn form, the only problem I have is, I already forgot the answer to security question!

    So now what, buddy?

    Not an issue, we can still verify but be prepared for a more extensive list of security questions to verify the legitimacy of the account. Go ahead and send us a ticket if you have not already and I will be sure we take care of the issue.
