Advanced Pyrogram Question ... concerning reduced channel time items

People are saying not to go with advanced pyrogram due to its channel time, but it seems to do a lot more damage than pyrogram and has low cast and cool down times.

My question is, some bonusses on items reduce channel time by a percentage, would it be better to try and get ahold of reduced channel time items and go with advanced pyrogram or to simply stick with pyrogram.

The skill is there for your sutra which eliminates all channel time and leaves you with only casting. Other than that future spells you get trump devine pyrogram (sandstorm).

I find the problem with Divine Pyro is that for the early part (IE: when you first get it) it constantly has a shorter range then Regular pyro and Gush. The long casting time pretty much begs it to be a lead off spell when you have yet to garner the attention of the enemy, but again, the shorter range means less otherwise. I can pretty much kill a mob before it gets to me with a simple Gush/Regular Pyro/Gush etc. rotation (Provided of course Gush actually works and slows the target down). If I lead off with Divine pyro, I usually will end up in melee with a mob that will take at least two more spells to bring down.
Not responsible for missing drops/loot because YOU didn't pick YOURS up.

That's going to fail later on when mobs no longer die in 4 hits so easily. Along with the decrease in melee mobs at 4x+.
Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Here's my advice.

My devine pyrogram is lv10. The way I kill things is I cast devine devine pyrogram, during this time the monster is standing still like :D no-one will EVER KEEL MEEEE.

I also have lv10, gush, so the pyrogram flies out and by the time it hits them my gush hits them, and because its the same distance I don't walk any closer to the monster. So by now the monsters lost A LOT of hp and is walking really slow. Now im free to cast 1-2 more spells before I pheonix or force of will.

It is a VERY good idea to do it.

I haven't maxed my normal program, but I should.

It's good to have spells at the same lvl, because then when you cast 1, then the other you dont walk toward the monster.

Hailstorm may seem useless but get it to lv10, cast pyrogram, then hail, then gush, PERFECT combo, if you have the spirit that is LOL
