Is it just me or happen to every clerics

did you guys notice that the Aegis Spirit which give 1hr magical defense buff
but it only work for 30 mins and after 30 mins it wore off
i noticed cuz the physical defense buff is still there but the magical one wore off

    Happens with all the lower level versions of it too (30 minute ones only last around 10 min or so)

    It will do that (lessen time limit) if you use a potion or powder AFTER you buff.. It is set up to take the time limit of last buffs limits and unfortunately there is nothing to be done.. It happens on my mage and cleric..

    Yes I've noticed this, but then I use pots and potions like there's no tomorrow so I just assumed it was that..b:puzzled
    I've yet to work out which potion or powder may cause the buff to wear off though....*runs her tests*

    The magic shell buff is bugged to my knowledge. If you recast any of the other 3 buffs on yourself, it resets their timer to 30 minutes (or 1 hour if you use the AoE buff). However, when you recast the magic shell buff, the timer does not reset. So if you cast magic shell, wait 25 minutes, then cast it on yourself again, the buff will wear off in 5 minutes. The bug applies to the hour long version. If you cast it, wait 58 minutes, then recast, it will still wear off in 2 minutes.

    ive noticed that certain classes also use up the buffs faster than others, cuz I do the party buffs and like 4 out of the 6 still have the buffs but the Bms will already be out of buffs.

    it's a bug. sometimes when a cleric casts the 1 hr buffs and then you go fight some mobs, the magical def one disappears. If it does happen, its most likely happening to the tank that is getting the ironheart spam heals. Don't know, but as a cleric just be wary of the person you are healing - making sure to recast their buffs if they run out midfight.
