Weddings?

My GF and i recently started playing this game and i heard its possible to get married in the game. My question is, do i need to pay real money to get married in the game or is it free to do that?

Another question i have is about mounts. I see you can buy some with real money, but are there any u can get for free or with in-game moeny? Will they ever become free?

    You'll have to pay real money to get married, it's 30$ per person, so 60$ total for a marriage.
    As for mounts, they're cash shop only, but you can just buy those off players as well. They'll never be free.

    So i could maybe buy a mount using the in-game coins off of a player? How many coins do they go for?

    Polaris Snow Cubs and Windsprint Panthers are about 900K - 1.1M. The other mounts...depends on seller really. Just assume it's a lot. also note that I gave you the price on Sanctuary server, I'm not sure if they're different on LC and HT.

    So i assume most players pay real money for these special things then, is that what you do? Is the game still fun to play later if you dont pay for things?

    I know plenty of highlvls who have never spent a dollar on this game. Moneymaking isn't all too hard on here, so it's pretty easy to just buy most things with ingame money. Not to mention you can buy cash shop gold with ingame gold at Auctioneers.

    Auctioneers? Whats that? So your saying i can buy the real GOLD with the in-game coins at an auction or something. How many coins does gold go for?

    Auctioneers are NPC's in the 6 main towns. They have a gold trade option, allowing you to buy gold that other people have put up for sale. Usually, 100K = 1 gold, though it varies a bit depending on server and seller.

    I tell you..... this....

    Why do you want to spend $60 to get married in game ?

    That costs almost as much as a Marriage license in RL !
