    As a rule, it's 11 PM Pacific Time (GMT -08:00) on Tuesday nights and usually has a 2 hour duration.

    Every week the same day and time. Tuesday night 11am to 1am PST which is 7am to 9am GMT.

    Also, any word on when the patch notes will be up? (I know, same question as we have every week, and I always chime in that it'd be nice to have them to read while you're doing maintenance...)
