As usual tonight from 11am to 1am PST which is 7am to 9am GMT our Server maintenence will happen. Please do not open such threads as "Cannot connect" during this time.

    Can someone help me please? I just got the game yesterday and played it and it worked fine. Now today when i try to log in it says unable to connect to server. Anyone know how to solve this?

    Today the server is under maintenance, wait few minutes, it doesn't stay offline a long time more

    When I open PW I get this problem: Update server connection failed Please try other update server..

    Never had this problem before after maintenance?!

    How can I update the next patch and play again?

    Y but I've had more maintenance seen.. And never saw this tekst when I open up PW(the starting screen where you need to press start and where it updates the patch).

    So I wondered if it was OK or not..:P

    Reduced from playing perfect world to tic-tac-toe. Could there be a more drastic downgrade in gaming? I think not.

    Ok this is really wierd. I went on PW tyesterday and it worked fine. Today the menu comes up and it says "Update server connection failed please try other server" ?????????? Now it wont let me onto the game and I went on the PW website and saw all the servers were offline. Could there be a connection between these two thing? plz help! b:surrender b:cry

    Oh, yes there could. We could all migrate to illegal unsanctioned servers for <insert competing MMO here>. I actually tried one once. I hit that game's level cap in 6 hours... b:tired At least there's SOME challenge in a game of tic-tac-toe. b:laugh

    Um yeah. Tuesday nights (Pacific Time) are server maintenance. That's why the servers were (and at the moment, still are for a few more minutes) down. And if the servers are all down, you can't connect. Simple. b:victory
