Plumed Equipment? (Female costume)

hello! :) you all know that gold armor that mage lady wears when you start up the game? The "Plumed" Equipment etc etc. I found this on a PWI site, but it wasn't for sale in the boutique!? Does anyone know what happened? :/

    The plumed fashion equipment is the one i've wanted the most since seeing the screenshots of all the fashions. It's just so beautiful, i'd even pay double for it! Please bring it out in tonights patch! b:thanks
