Ok, I was thinking of making a Venomancer and I was wondering if there were any guys that played this class....

    Alot of my friends that are venos are guys but there are alot of girls as venos too b:victory

    I honestly always think all Venomancers are females and I get surprised to find out my fellow Veno friends are men. :p

    I don't think it's a big deal as long as you don't pretend to be a girl, like try to use guys or anything weird or manipulative. lol

    Being new here, but a veteran to the mmorpg world... a male playing the role of a female character is quite normal in the respect that MMORPG in the end means Role Playing Game. So if they want to role play a female, then let them and don't criticize them for it. after all, they are just exploring their feminine side b:chuckle

    Hmmm. I'm a guy playing a veno. Aside from the fact that I prefer magic-wielding pet classes anyway... if I'm going to be staring at a character's butt on screen while I play, might as well be a cute female one:)

    Yes, most of Veno are guys. I saw a Veno few time during last few days, she wear man's cloth (black), his face is made looks like a real man, she even has mustache. and he has a pink pet following him. I run away as soon as I see him. So I am sure he is a guy playing Veno.

    Question, would you rather stare at a cute girls butt all day or some dude's in tight armor?
    I think that 97% of the male charaters are male
    and 86% of the female characters are guys aswell.

    um........ WHy would u STARE at ur char **** anyway o.O , imo thats not a good reseason to choose to play a felame char , tho there is nothing wrong with that at all . tbh i wouldn't choose to play a female char , but thats just me.

    I'd really like to play a venomancer. Pet classes have always been my favorite. I just have a really, really hard time making myself play a female character:)

    Well, I am used to playing in 1st person, and the closest I can get in PW is basically having the camera behind and above me. This means when I am moving between mobs - or between camps - I'm basically looking at the back of my character. Now, my choices are a dog's butt, a tiger's butt, a male butt, or a female butt. While it'd be nice to have a choice of genders for a pet class, I'd probably choose the female butt anyway:)

    Well personally the veno class is a very great class. i am a male and i play the class i was wondering if people would find it weird that a guy playing it but hey venos are strong. plus now that i read that it makes my decision of playing it even more worth it finding that other guys play them too. xD

    frankly to me it comes all down to looks...

    --> if i play a class that waers heavy armor i make it a male character and if i play a clothwearing class i'll make it a female chracter

    sadly heavy armor is often not well designed on female characters (looks like leggins not like armor) while most cloth looks ridiculus on male characters.

    maybe that could be solved by the designers paying a little more attention to this but as is i stick with

    heavy armor --> male
    cloth --> female

    it really is pretty equalled out

    its funny because i know more girls ( in real life ) that play games like this, including my aunt and my girlfriends sister

    and i know some girls that play guys on here

    so its more then likley neer even, just because just as many girls play video games as guys, wich apperently still isnt too believed, but incredably obviouse, it must be if they made a true life on it O.O


    oh anyways im a guy who plays a veno, because they are fun not because of its wiggly butt wich for some reason kind of offends me considering its the biggest ( closest to the screen ) part of the character aside from maybee the tail

    Especially if they are good looking...

    And we do not have a choice if we want to play the veno class,don't we ?

    My first character was a male cleric but I kinda found that a bit boring and I was tired of dying or coming close to 50% of my fights. So I decided to try the Veno today and I have to say I am loving it! Running around with a fuzzy critter is much more fun even if I don't get to fly around anymore. I even think it's worth getting hit on by other guys every once in a while. xD

    I'm a guy and I play a Veno. Not because they're girls (I'd play as a guy Veno if I could), but because they're a really good class and a lot of fun. Fortunately I haven't been hit on by anyone XD Maybe my Veno's ugly, IDK.

    My main is a Support Cleric, but it's become very rare to find groups, so my veno has almost doubled in level over my main.

    my Veno's name is 'amale'

    and yet, some still offer to 'embrace' me../shudder

    When I first tried to play venomancer, I thought I could be a dude, and I found out reasearching they're really good....

    BUT (me being a dude) I soon found they could only be girls :(... so I tried it out and the first thing that happened was some big furry tiger dude tried to pick me up...

    I got freaked out and logged out :P so I played for an elf archer male for a bit... got bored and checked this thread out.

    Now at least I know I'M not the ONLY one out there! :D

    I also am male and play Veno, since a week. I luv this game allready and as i played 2 yrs off WOW and GUildwars i can make a good compare.
    Always played girls in all games, just my other strong female side, as in Real life ther has been a time i dressed as a girl and even considered a sex change some point.

    Being picked up by a cleric or archer was allready a wonderfull thrilling and exciting event, i am not **** at all, but playing a girl and feeling it, makes me even have feelings of love towards the ingame male.
    I really put time in making a real pretty girl, and got several males allready hot on me, and loving and kissing me, i havent yet said i am a guy, as they didnt bother to check so i think i can play girl as long as i am not lying.?
    Although i dont like to play with other peoples feelings at all, and play honest.

    So i can totally relate, to this post, and also as a hetero, love looking up skirts in general ;-)

    Look forward to marrying an ingame RL Girl that plays a guy and has the same sort of feelings haha

    to be perfectly honest, there should have been a female/male option from the beginning for every class b:chuckle

    on the other hand im a female veno and i have only met 1 other guy veno.

    but u could say that your man enough to be able to play a girl and walk away a man,

    if u cant then you seem worried about somethingb:laugh

    They do that to build up their chi bar, at least that's what it did in the MY-EN version. Blame the devs for that.
