PVP vs PVE?

It wasn't until I was reading through some posts that I saw someone mention if you don't want to PVP do not be on the Lost City server...

So what is PVP and PVE and can you change servers?

    PvP = Player versus Player

    Meaning any player can attack after you hit a certain lvl which in this game is lvl 30. Of course you can also.

    PvE = Player versus Envirement

    You still have a choice on the PvE servers to go into PK mode to PvP other players but you can change that or never go into PK mode at all.

    When on the logging screen you will find a button called "Server" just click it and then choose another server.

    Did learn one thing as I did switch servers...My character and levels did not transfer over. So now I'm starting over from level one. Don't have my friend list from my other server either. Oh, well.

    That's because character transfer is not allowed between servers. The reason being is that someone could get uber gear in the pve server, then come to the pk server and **** everyone. Its unfair to those who actually have to fight for their levels. Ya kno? Not to mention it would be a logistical nightmare to those keeping this running, as there would be no efficient way of keeping track of server population.

    True. I thought of something like that after I made the post. One the plus side now I get to redo and fix anything that I didn't do right the first time! So I'm good now. Thanks again for all the help!
