Quick region question.

just to make sure, is Singapore able to play Perfect World International? or issit blocked? juz a quick question and thanks for any quick replies! :)

    I'm not sure myself, I know U.S and Canada could play but Singapore...hmmm.

    I work the 3rd shift on the east coast, and play when I come home from work..

    Reason I say this, is because the majority of what I see in chat from in the game...
    are french, german, italian, spanish, phillipino, and a variety of other languages..english is maybe less than 50% of what I see.
    At these hours the game truly is International, so my guess is it's very likely. This is by far the busiest game I have ever seen at this time (most NA gamers are sleeping)
