Having roblem with logging in my veno

I have a problem! I can't log with my veno!! Everytime I select my veno and press start, the game shuts down!!! I tryed loging my cleric and it works !!! But when I log with the veno, I exit the element client!! Why is that??? The game suddenly stopped when I was in front of the illusion stone and payed 5k to enter the hall of deception!! Since then I can't log my veno!!!

    Try pressing "W" when logging into your veno. Also this should be in tech support so will move this.

    "W" doesn't work! Just tryed it!! I just pressed start and it exited the client!!!

    So, umm you gonna help???? Because I can't fix it!! The administarators are the only ones that can fix this!!!

    Did you try a verify from the launcher?

    If you believe the system administrators are the only ones that can fix the issue, you're much better off contacting them through the support ticket system.

    There's a good chance that running a Verify from the launcher, updating graphics drivers, and/or holding the W button while the character is loading will help, so please don't toss exclamation marks at people trying to give what assistance they can.
