Question about Eagle`s Wings

How do i lvl up my wings, and how do i use fastspeed.

    I don't think you can upgrade non-cash shop wings. I might be wrong.

    About using acceleration, you only have a limited amount of 'fuel'. You can recharge it using chi stones. Anyways, to go faster, there is a hotkey inside the hotkey tab for that. Press E to bring it up. (I actually don't remember what button you press to bring it up.... whenever I'm in the game I just do it o.O)

    Then what do you recomand? Use my ordynery elf wings (upgraded) ore the eagle wings. What is fastest.

    I use my white wings for pvp since I have maxed flight mastery or while grinding and when i need to get away. I use my eagle wings for long distance, like doing my world quest or something. The white wings drain mana..although sometimes for me it doesn't, and the eagle wings don't drain mana.
