Cant Log into server

Ive been trying since last night and apperantly i cannot log into any server on this game ive updated every patch and its still going into log in timeout. please help

  Please check that your firewall is not blocking elementclient.exe or TCP port 29000. That includes Windows Firewall.

  Turn off your firewall, and go to the bottom right of your screen, and exit ANY type of Anit-Virus or any Security you may have on your computer ... Then try to log on again.

  the problem is really with you guys of pw, because i have also no connection to the server, even when i turn of my antivirus program (i have always my firewall out)

  Druppie the servers are currently under maintenence which is why no one currently has connection.
