Level restrictions on Wraith events?

Yep, this might be the worst idea in the entire world but I think Duke should remind only players that can take them on.

Example:

Duke shouts: 'It is said that Wraiths are gathering near Dreamweaver Port with there evil attentions. It is a duty of a warrior that is above level 50 to go and help out!

It will reduce the number of people stealing kills and loot. There should also be a restriction on drops so people wont steal it. It will say this if you try to pick up someone elses drop:

Unable to obtain this item because this kill belongs to (player name).

That's my opinion. If you hate it, go ahead. I wont mind. As I said, it is the WORST idea to ever come into my head.

    There already is a restriction on drops being picked up by someone else - 30 seconds :).

    Yea but I mean untill it dissapears then you can pick it up.
