Is there a way to get the email/MSN from a user?

I need to tell something to someone in my friend list, but doesn't matter how many messages I send in-game to that person, he wont answer. I guess that person has not played all this time, but I still need to contact this person.

    If you don't know their email already, and don't know anyone else who plays that knows this person in real life, you're pretty much out of luck for contacting them, beyond illegal means such as hacking accounts.
