Hello.

STRAIGHT TO THE POINT.

1.) Is there a option to pay by credit card for zen?

2.) What is the conversion rate for zen to gold?Is it 1zen=1gold or WHAT?

I am not being as polite as i usually am with other players,cos with PLAYERS in the forum....i am asking for their HELP to advise me on stats,build etc.

But for THIS. Your company want my money,u BETTER put things CLEARLY.No it's not my job to search,not my job to look. You want my money, you better make things CLEAR.

I mean really WTH?i click the "how it works' tab. it just tell me go charge zen and transfer to my ingame char.....WTH description is that?
payment method? what is zen? what is the conversion rate?

Seriously,answer this FAST before i lose interest and take my credit card ELSEWHERE.

    You're rude because you're addressing the post to the company, and yet, it's still mainly players who answer questions, and it's most likely to be a player to come answer yours.

    Pardon me jemima.I am definitely not addressing the fellow players of the community.I apologise if it came across that way.As usual any and all help from the wonderfull pros and seasoned players here are more than welcome.

    I am just abit pissed off at this lack of info from the company itself. Me being part of a MNC in a executorial position, i have little tolerance for this sort of incompetence in buisness sense.

    I want to buy my wife stuff here cos SHE is the one hooked. i just play to accompany her. i wanted to surprise her with stuff in her account....and i can't do it, cos of the severe lack of info on the website.

    ZEN is just a virtual money, it is based on USD and is equivalent to:
    1USD = 1000 ZEN

    When buying ZEN, it will be saved on the website (in the form of "ZEN"), not on the server yet, then you have to select to which server (sanctuary/heavens tear/lost city) you are transfering that ZEN to be turned into gold.

    Each 100 ZEN is converted again to 1 gold ingame when you transfer it.
    If you are logged on your char, re-log, and your gold will be there.

    Well if you tend to be this way with real life sales personnel too then you must be a real nightmare in your usual shopping district. Somehow I suspect quite few of those people you say you're nice to probably work as sales people. Anyway good luck to continue getting what you want with this brilliant tactics.

    BTW if you wanna know why Al Capone would receive twice as better service everywhere he'd go despite his reputation feel free to ask that question.

    Omg. Pls don't misunderstand. I respectfully ask for help from users pertaining tactics and such, cos it is a privilage you guys get from playing and i am asking a FAVOUR by seeking knowledge from you guys.

    For me this question, was directed at company, not at the people.But anyways no harm. no foul. The answer came from again ANOTHER player. The players here are great.

    I read the post first, and then looked at the name. I was shocked. You were so polite in your other post! I don't think it's that hard to find your way around. There's a guide to the item mall that some one already posted, so I wont link it here, and there's even a video on how it works if you happen to be reading challenged. They can't make it much easier than that man. Reign in that temper and have some fun. =)

    Eh, sounds like you have major issues, dude. I imagine if you had looked around the forums for just a few seconds you would have had you answer faster than it took to type out your rude wanna be bad azz post. I am sorry, but you come across as a seriously spoiled child. If indeed you are of age to be married, I feel for her.

    What you see as incompetence in a business sense has been answered in this very forum many many times before. I am actually surprised someone has not pointed out the MANY MANY post with the answer you are seeking.

    I will break i down in terms you MIGHT be able to understand:

    1 USD = 100 ZEN
    100 ZEN = 1 GOLD
    1 GOLD = 100 SILVER

    I truely hope that is simple enough for you to understand. Now my question is are you smart enough to figure out how to actually charge ZEN to you credit card? b:laugh
