Ultimate Game Card Pin Problem

I went to 7-11 less than 10 minutes ago, and bought a 10 USD Ultimate Game Card. I followed the instructions and had no touble at all until I reached the part where it asked for the game card pin. Well, I entered the pin and a message keeps appearing:
Important Messages
The information you supplied is invalid. Please try again.

Well, I checked again, and again and AGAIN! I tried all the different ways I could and yet it would let me use the card! I rechecked everything to make sure the info was right, and it was, but it still won't accept the card. Will someone please help me? b:sad

    Was the card activated at the 7-11? That's an odd result.

    The billing side of Support and Ticketing is probably the best group to contact on this matter; they know much more about the Ultimate Game Card system than I do.

    Thank you for the link, I got a ticket. Well, I have not gotten an email or a call yet, but let's just wait and see the results. ^^

    Check out ultimate game card site and read out the instruction to redeem the card.b:surrender

    i did what i was told to do witht he card thing but i didnt know that i had to put an extra 3 bucks on it i bought 20 buck card and i could only use 10 of it what is up with that now i have wasted half what i thought i was going to getb:cry

    EvilNeko.. this is exactlly what i thought my first time using the card, but this only happens when you first open an account. the next time you enter in a $10 card it will give you 17$ instead of ten... the extra 7 dollars coming from the left overs of the $20 card.... sounds confusing but you will understand it if you buy another card, you dont loose your money... dont worry =)
