The Real Sentinels and one members opinion

i would like to know what is being done about the blatant harassment of sentinels faction by another faction or factions?
here is what i know to be fact about this situation.

1.we as a team(the real sentinels) beat harly , the leader of avengers in dragon temple 5 times as a group,less than an hour later a fake guild with our name attacks them in their first defense of territory.

2.no one showed up to their TW...we know this because we have ss of ppl paging our members laughing saying they used time to teach their "noobs" how to TW..we also have ss of them acting like the fight was hard and laughing in world chat

i am not making a threat here or mad at gms in any way,i would just like you to know that if this issue is not resolved i,my wife,all of our fiends and all our money will quit this game. no sense playing this to be mad or harassed by other players who know there will be no repercussions for their actions.This has caused irreparable damage to our name as a guild and now the credibility of our guild.When i say to ppl a fake Sentinels attacked avengers they say "stop crying and except your loss" in not as nice of terms.

all of my gold is bought through my wifes paypal and you can veryfy the fact that i do pay to play as do most of the sentinels i speak of.
we all love this game and would like to keep playing it but(and i cannot speak for them all) i will not do so if rules are not enforced and someone made an example of.

    Best would be to send in a ticket to Customer Support. This is really an issue only they can really help solve.

    i did first then posted here so all the ppl who insist on paging me saying we are losers and crybabys can read why we are complaining... ppl i dont even know or are even near page me with obscenity about this subject never even realizing that SentinelS were ghosted.

    Avengers didn't 'create' the fake "SentineIS". We had originally thought it was the real guild, but upon a closer look, realised it wasn't.

    Don't know what you have against us using valuable territory war time to learn some things, Don't really understand how it effects you.

    And yes, no one showed up. Please don't point your finger at people without any proof either.

    I know it can be annoying, there's alot of idiots in world chat or who just love to harass about territory wars. Don't let it get to you.

    However the fact of the matter is that this "SentineIS" should be looked at, I haven't even seen a single member of their guild. I smell foul play.

    Were such noobs that your guild calls Avengers out in pkn. When we show up, yall hide behind safe zone.

    Its okay, all SentinelS are KoS. Also hope yall enjoyd yalls week of having that land, cause this week, its ours. b:chuckle

    we didn't "call" you out we 'called' you on the things you have done to ensure you keep your land and besmirch the real SentinelS name out of fear and spite on harleys part.as far as hiding in safe goes,how did we take your mold then?

    i would also like to say that your response is indicative of what all in your guild do...yell as loud as you can about nonsensical things while someone is pointing out FACTS about the actions of someone..either in your guild or allied with you.
    who pays 500k to TW than doesn't show up?...not 1 showed.
    so lets see.coincidentally a fake sentinels attacks you on first defense after harly got vaporized by real sentinels an hour earlier then they never show up.
    ya that doesn't sound like a coincidence to me buddy.
    you now have my permission to continue being a moron,good day.

    regardless of what happens you have ensured that this game has lost at least 1000 a month from various ppl who will not pay to play a game with no rules,hell we may even start new chars and bot...weeee...no one cares anyway.
