Skills problem

It's not a dire problem but every time I press a skill, including mounts, there's about 4 second gap until the skill activates. This makes the game incredibly annoying and will make PvP very hard. This also includes talking to merchants.

Is there a fix to this problem? I'm from England so that may play a part, but hopefully there is a solution to this because its rather annoying.

P.S. there's no lag when walking so it may not be due to geographical location.

    I did have this problem (when it came to skills) alltho not as big gap in the Malaysian version.

    Im from Sweden and in the International i dont have this issue.

    Cruliant is my friend and i know he has more then enough computer to play Perfect World and i dont think distance is the problem seeing as i do not have this problem.

    Hope somewon can help him, otherwise he might go find another mmo whitout me b:cry

    and try some of the networking info to try and get your network running better.

    You may also need to contact your ISP and let them know to allow the packets for our game servers (which are also listed in the FAQ).
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
