Should I get this skill or is it not needed???

    Secretly, this skill adds a ton of DPS unless you have 69 molder sling or TT80 gold bow. People udnerappreciate it, but the skill is usefull against opponents with more hp.

    Don't waste spirit on that. IMO - even the two skills below it (including that arrow that reduces the max hp) are useless.
    My people, some of them have run away to the hills
    and have no shelter. No food, no one knows where they are,
    hear me my chiefs, I am tired. My heart is sick and sad,
    I will fight no more....

    actually i find the hp reduction pretty good. usefull against bosses that takes over 10min to kill and on reg mobs

    Agree. It is useful against bosses and maybe against barbs in PVP, but u should think if this is the most important thing when u spend all those spirit points and money on this skill.

    personally i love the skill, it works great in pvp especially if other player has a hiero or has tons of hp so far im lvl 66 pure dex archer and my skill is lvl1 and does great damn i only plan 2 lvl it 2 lvl 8 or so but till thn this skill helps me alot.

    since im MAJOR BROKE i didnt lvl the bleed thingy BUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! reduce max hp skill is THE BEST SKILL on the tree lol, lemme explain :

    1. decent dmg on arcane ppl
    2. ITS AOE !!!!!!!!!!!!
    3. 16% hp debuff, even in pvp against a barb IS HUGE HP REDUCTION
    4. Finally, where its the MOST USEFULL, hh bosses, 16% hp down from 1 skill, try and beat that venos with ur pets :)

    OH, and if ur a 99 sage archer , debuff goes to 20% :)
    A patch full of glitch,
    Makes my eyes twitch.
    Should i continue playing this game or switch,
    because this is a serious problem and not a simple itch.
    Some bug abusing noob gets rich,
    While a honest players get the ditch.
    Please rollback if you wanna enrich,

    I meant it is useless in PVE. I fu fight a single normal mob - why should u reduse his hp and your exp gained? Lol...I don't see a point here. Of course- if we talk about fighting bosses, I admit that this skill is unvaluable.

    I have yet to find a skill that's useless for PVP. I have almost all skills maxed and i use almost all skills in pvp (with the exception of eagleon, which is still lvl 1 for me so I am not using it yet).
