Learn level 2 manufacturing skills

I have the level 1 of all manufacturing skills but now how can i learn the level 2 and the level 3???

  you have to manufacture the level 1 items until you got your mastery level maxed, then you could talk to the elder again to get your lvl 2 skill ^^
