Making horse faster

If you've been watching my posts recently you will know that I have been after getting a horse mount, and now I finally have enough money to get one, but its speed is only 7, if I use Galewind Spurrs on it, (the item tat costs 15gold, it makes lvls go down from 60 to 20 and changes speed from 9 to 10) will it make my horse speed go up to 10? Or will I be wasting money? If so, is there anyway to make it faster?

    I think the spurs in Cash Shop are only for the Cash Shop boutique mounts. I could be wrong, though!

    Talk to pet manager to check a list of mounts you can upgrade (there are many different horses there).

    Midnights cant be upgraded. :( <-- GMs work on this please
