so what can i build with "organic glue", "buddha's hand", "green fragments", "lima stone", "ragged fur", "mystic fur", and "elemental dust"? not with those only, but any item that consists of any of these items. I am trying to find a use for these, but cant find ANYTHING that uses ANY of these items... are these just selling items?

From what I know only organic glue is used for crafting.
The others you can just sell them, no other use for them.

Ragged fur is used for tailoring.
Mystical fur: I thought it was a Dragon Quest item
Elemental Dust: The same as Mystical fur??
    The rest: No idea

Edit: Budhas hand is used for crafting but I thought it was for tailoring or jewelcrafting, I have to admit I am not sure

Wow, need to recheck your item descriptions.

Ragged Fur: sell, used for nothing
Mystical Fur: sell, used for nothing
Elemental Dust: DQ item, also used to extend bank slots
Organic Glue: sell, used for nothing atm
Buddha's Hand: sell, used for nothing
Green Fragments: sell, used for nothing
Lime Stone: sell, used for nothing

if you get Elemental Powder, sell that too.

No, the DQ Item is "Soft Fur". Ragged & Mystic Fur are worthless except to sell to npc.

second note; on Element Dust/Element Powder not sure which of these is the DQ Quest item the description will tell you though, the other one is just shop fodder
Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.

    Gwixar, ROFL LOL!

Okay, now that I have that out of my system, I can tell that the others are correct. Those items are not useful for anything except for organic glue, a crafting material.

If an item is for DQ, it would say it on the item description which DQ and what number. For example, elemental dust has Dragon Quest 20:Chiu Niu on the description and elemental powder does not.

I read somewhere that those items were formerly part of a non-existent Dragon Quest at Level 10, which now serve no function and should be sold.

About Organic Glue: Unless I'm mistaken, Organic Glue is not used to craft anything. Concentrated Glue is the first level of glue used to craft items. Refererence: http://www.pwdatabase.com/items/820

Thats true. If you read the desciptions of items they tell you what they do. Fur will always say if its a crafting mat or DQ or "something from a beasts body". The something from a beasts body means worthless and just sell to an NPC. The Budda's hands are worthless as well yet thier description can be misleading. They say something to the effect that they have great power coveted by mage's or whatever. Worthless none the less.

As a side note I find it amusing in cat shops around the smaller cities like Etherblade, players trying to sell Budda's hands and ragged fur for around 2000 coins.

Are you sure? Ingame, organic glue is described as the lowest grade material for crafting.

It is supposedly used to make Concentrated Glue according to the database site, but the ability to do so doesn't seem to have been put into the game.

    ^^

You cannot use organic glue to make concentrated glue.

Concentrated glue is a dropped item from mobs.

    Buddha's Hand
    Ragged Fur
    Mystical Fur
    Organic Glue
Elemental Powder (the stuff that sells to a merchant for 120, not the stuff that sells for 800 and is used in the banker slot expansion quest)
    Lime Stone
    Green Fragments

All of the above items are only good for selling to a merchant. Some of them have descriptions that imply they are useful (and they may have been in other versions of the game), but in our version you just collect your 120 gold at the merchant and move on with your life.

Guys, Ragged fur is used to create copper, which is the metal needed to craft level 3 blacksmith stuff. Organic glue is also needed in blacksmithing.

Animal fur is used in crafting, ragged fur is useless.

Animal Fur is used in low level tailoring for light armor.
Rough fur is used for creating copper bars.
The rest of the low mats are useless and should be sold to preseve inventory space.

Then why would you want to buy Organic Glue from the "Item Mall"?
