1. An unidentified item means that your item has a stat that you can't use until you identify it. The city elders and Merchants can identify the items for 100 coins a piece.
2. Dragon Quest items are used in level 20+ quests that involves a long questline of talking to random people, then eventually in the higher levels you will have to kill bosses. Sell them for now. If you get Complete Sacks, Dull Claws, Mystical Claws or Element Fragments, keep those for the quests, you'll need a ton.
3. You don't need to buy items because you will gain them later on in quests. There will come a time, however, where you might want to buy an item, but then you will find it'll be a waste, unless of course your rich.
4. If it's Mystical Fur and Mystical Meat, sell it. If it's got a low price on it when you hover it, sell it. If it's an item with 800 or more like Element Dust, then sell it. Keep all Dragon quests except Element Dust. Sell all the stuff you have that is newbie, but if it's Sandstone and manufacturing mats, keep them.0 -
thank you for the response, jus remembered a few more
1) i am an elf archer, and lets say i wanted a pet for show, can i 'tame' one?
2) is it advisable to 'repair' low level armor or jus 2 wait till u get drops/rewards?
ty again ^^0 -
1. Taming is a venomancer only skill, not for archers.
2. IMO, it is always worthwhile to repair since the costs are so little. Better to be safe than sorry when your armor breaks down when you get surrounded by 3 or 4 mobs.0 -
Magic hit the money on number 2, but on number 1 it kinda is and isn't.
It's true that Venomancers are the only class who has the ability to Tame, but there are pets that are for All Classes.
Now of course with those pets, i have no clue if they are just to show off or if they actually fight.0 -
Venomancers are the only class with pets that fight. All other pets are either for show or as a mount (i.e., Panther, Kirin, etc.)0
