First off apologies for asking a noob question.

I have a level 22 cleric, but I can't get the revive skill. My spiritual development isn't high enough - or something like that.

This spell appeared on the list at lvl 19. I'm wondering what I need to do to get it? any suggestions would be welcomed.

    First, you need Spirit to learn a skill.

    Second, you need Money.

    1. Aware of Principle

    Start NPC: Speak to Mangmang the Taoist (322, 421)
    Mission #1: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (Quest drop from Carapest Terror)
    Monster Locale: Near Scorpion Cave (274,427)
    Mission #2: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (295, 429) (281, 404) (292, 446)
    Second collection only triggers after Celestial Sprite is obtained
    2. Report to Mangmang the Taoist (322,421)

    New Teleport Point Archosaur
    -Choice 1: Elite Rending Blade Hierogram + Resurrection Scroll
    -Choice 2: Elite Enchanted Heirogram + Resurrection Scroll
    -Hell/Heaven/Human Celestial Stone: 1 (Random)
    Reward: Spirit: (8000) Rep: (20)
