Looking for guild to settle in to

Hi, I am looking for a friendly and active guild to settle in to. I have been playing PW for a couple of months, I have two characters that I regulary alternate between, I dont have a main character, both are really, I play on each character as much as the other. I have a lvl 44 veno, 37 cleric, so basically I am looking for a guild that is Alt character friendly.

My Veno and Cleric are members of two seperate guilds, and I would rather keep it simple, and have all my characters under one roof. The guild I am in cleric wise, dont have enough room for alt characters atm, the Veno Guild, well this brings up another factor I am looking for in a guild.

When I party with other guild members, I have no issue whatsoever with random drops, thats totally fine. The only time I would like to take some prioty is when I do my fbs. I don't mean random items throughout the fb, thats fair enough, but at the end boss, when they drops molds or rare armour or weapons, I would like to keep them. I would return that mutual respect to other players when i would be helping them do their fbs. Of course the item drop would be on random, but for any reason I got the prize drop and its not my fb, I would give it to the player that it is.

I did my veno fb 39 with a guild and the othe party nabbed them all, and I came away empty handed. I thought it was the done thing, assumed that was the way it is. I havent long started the game, but I didnt like it all, and from talking to other players about it since then, I dont sound like I would be the only one.

This is why I havent approached my veno's guild about allowing my other chars to join - if I am honest I don't have alot of trust there, and more then likely leave.
